Konferenciaturizmus Zemplénben

Zemplénben a kilencvenes évek közepétől szaporodtak meg a konferenciák, work-shop-ok, értekezletek és az ezekhez kapcsolódó incentive programok. Zemplén történelmi és kulturális értékeihez szerencsésen társultak a vendégfogadás feltételeinek javulásával azok a turisztikai vállalkozások, melyek képesek a nemzetközi és hazai igények kiszolgálására. Megfelelő technikai felszereltség megteremtésével, konferenciák helyszínéül alkalmas előadó- és tárgyalótermek felkutatásával, a szállásférőhelyek jelentős növekedésével megélénkült a térségi konferenciaturizmus.

A térségi idegenforgalomban érdekelt vállalkozók felismerve e speciális turisztikai terület jelentőségét, jelentős összefogással - kihasználva Zemplén egyéb turisztikai értékeit is - egyre több sikeres referenciával rendelkeznek.

Zemplénben Sárospatak város (a Hotel Bodrog tel: 47/311-744) - számítva a többi szálláshellyel rendelkező település együttműködésére - tudatosan fejleszti ezirányú humán és technikai infrastruktúráját. A Művelődési Háza, a Comenius Főiskola, a Rákóczi Vár, a Városháza, az Ipartestület székháza és a Tengerszem Camping kínál előadó és tárgyalótermeket.

Sátoraljaújhelyen a Városháza, a Művelődési Ház, a Vállalkozók Háza termei és a Zemplén Hotel (tel: 47/322-522) termei állnak rendelkezésre.

Szerencsen a Várban a Huszárvár Hotel, (tel: 47/362-518) illetve a Városi Kulturális Központ termei vehetők igénybe.

Tokajban a Hotel Tokaj (tel: 47/352-344) és a Gimnázium szerepelnek a kínálatban.

Erdőbénye Honvédüdülője (tel: 46/342-739) szintén alkalmas 100 vendégig rendezvények lebonyolítására.

Telkibányán az Ezüstfenyő szálloda (tel: 46/388-505) 50 vendég vállalkozik konferenciák megrendezésére.

Kisebb létszámú értekezletek, szemináriumok fogadására a Hollóháza-Pálháza - (tel: 47/305-008) László-tanyai, vagy a kőkapui vadászkastélyok (tel: 47/370-032) alkalmasak. Kapcsolódó és térségben kínálkozó incentive programok minden helyszínen megszervezhetők.

Conference Tourism in  Zemplén

Organisation of various professional conferences, workshop type events, meetings and related incentive programmes has been launched in the middle of the 90s. The lately improved tourist enterprises live and work in a favourable harmony with the historic and cultural traditions in Zemplén and perfectly serve the needs of domestic and foreign customers. Installation of the up-to-date technical equipment and location the potential venues to host conferences along with the growth of quality accommodation in the recent years contributed to the vitalisation of the conference tourism.

The enterprises engaged in the regional tourist-trade soon recognised the importance of this special area within tourism. Exploiting other tourist values of Zemplén, the entrepreneurs have joined their efforts and they can present a growing number of successful references in the region.

The town of Sárospatak in Zemplén (Hotel Bodrog, Phone: +36-47-311-744) in co-operation with other settlements offering accommodation, systematically develops its human and technical infrastructure. Potential venues for conferences are available in the Culture Centre, in the 'Comenius' Teacher Training College, in the Rákóczi Castle, in the Town-hall building, in the House of Craftsmen and at the camping-site 'Tengerszem' in Sárospatak.

Suitable rooms and halls for organising events in Sátoraljaújhely can be found in the Town-hall, in the Culture Centre, in the Entrepreneurs' House and in the Hotel Zemplén (Phone: +36-47-322-522)

Potential venues in Szerencs are the rooms of the Hotel Huszárvár (Phone: +36-47-362-518) and those of the City Culture Centre.

In the town of Tokaj there are suitable rooms are offered by the Hotel Tokaj (Phone: +36-47-352-344) and by the local Grammar School.

Events with the participants under a hundred can be organised in the Holiday Home of the Army in Erdőbénye (Phone: +36-47-342-739).

There are additional facilities for smaller scale programmes, seminars and meetings in the picturesque hunting castles of Hollóháza-Lászlótanya (Phone: +36-47-305-008) or Pálháza-Kőkapu (Phone: +36-47-370-032). All the earlier mentioned places are capable of hosting related incentive programmes.
